There is one another state in which both of the above mentioned states of the mind do not exist. This state is called no mind state. This is the state of emptiness, Shunyata. But it does not mean that there is nothing in this state. But in contrast, there is everything in this state. This is whole and complete in nature. In one sense it is said that both of the above mentioned states of the mind so do not exist in this state. In another sense, in no mind state both of them exist at the same time. It is the bounary between them. So, this state is called statodynamic state. This state is the state of beyond mind. Mind cannot explain this state. Mind cannot experience this state. Anyway, It can be understood as the fusion state of both the dynamic and the stationary state of the mind. The ability to experience the dynamic state of mind, stationary state of mind and nomind state altogether at the same time makes a meditator to percieve the whole or the completeness of anything, anybody. These three states exist in each and every thing, every body in this universe. This is the complete approach to perceive the things. The whole itself is the holy nature whereas the part is temporary holy in nature.
Mind-body-sense organs -external world mechanism is always a part of the whole. Only the combination of statodynamic nature of things and nomind nature of things is the whole. Mind - body - sense organs - perception of the external world mechanism is personal state which is always partial but the Nomind state is universal one. Always be aware of the whole and always be aware of the part. And always be aware of the no mind state at the same time.
How can nomind state happen ?
Mind is always moving. It is moving faster than the speed of light in the vacuum. It comes in touch with numerous things at a time. Since it is rapidly moving or travelling it comes in contact with different sights, sounds, touch, smell, taste, thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc. These things keep on changing moment to moment.
If mind gets clinged with any one of the above things then mind cannot notice the present situations. This makes a person absent at present moment. A being may be present only by the body but not by the being. To be in present moment, the mind, a moving vehicle, should not get entangled with any of the above things. Mind should be free. Only free mind can be present at this moment. Only free mind can live further. Fully occupied mind cannot live further. Fully occupied mind is a state of death. Free mind is a state of life.
So to whatever or to whomever a mind reaches at this moment, one should let it go, one should let it be finished and should start the new one immediately. Then only the mind is free to notice the new things that are happening around here and now. One should not get entangled with anything. One should not get hooked with anything. Whatever comes to the mind or wherever the mind goes, let it be finished and let it start the new journey immediately. Let the mind start a new journey moment to moment. One should not stop with anything, anybody. One should keep on moving and moving moment to moment. When one lives with this let go attitude then one can notice stationary state of mind which is always there. Constant noticing and becoming aware of this stationary state of the mind gradually makes the mind come to nomind state.
But people are always with fully occupied minds. Their minds are full with the attachments of different sights, sounds, taste, smell, touch, thoughts, mindsets, habits, culture, feelings, experiences, desires, dreams, imaginations, etc. Such people can meet each other only with their body but not with the being. Such meeting is surfacial.
The meeting of two persons with free minds is deeper than the meeting of two persons with fully occupied minds.
The free mind is the state of nomind. It is a state of awakening. It is a state of a total awareness. A state of nomind happens with the practice of different meditation techniques. Acceptance of each and everything as it is, to let go whatever is happening here and now, to be witness of one's body, mind, feelings, emotions, actions, speech, behaviours as if they belong to someone else, etc. create the state of nomind. Whatever is happening here and now is perfectly perfect, it is not necessary to change anything from one's side. This way of living also creates the state of nomind.
If in case one's body and mind cannot accept the present situation as it is then they react to change the present situation and try to make it perfect as per them. In that case, one should react not being associated with the body - mind system. One should stay aloof, stay far and be witness of one's body - mind system and thier reactions with their corresponding objects. One should let his/her body and mind react as they want and should accept them as just one accepts the things happening around him/her. One should just be the witness of his/her body - mind system, actions, speech, behaviours, and the things happening around him/her. This way of living also creates a nomind state.
A state of no mind is the state of meditation, bliss, peace, truth, consciousness, awakening. A longer duration of nomind state is the state of samadhi. Nomind state, state of samadhi is the resting state of mind. Mind is not moving anymore. In fact mind exists not in this state. What exists is, only the being, only the truth.
The person who enters into the sate of samadhi can live at present moment, here and now. The reverse is also true. A person who practices to live at present moment, to be here and now can slowly enter into samadhi.
Whatever happens in the surrounding, whatever happens in the body - mind system, one should let them happen. One should just be far from them and be witness as if they do not belong to him/her.
Nothing belongs to him/her so why one should get bothered by them. One should just let them happen. One should just observe them. One should just accept them. This creates a state of nomind.
This is a way of living for me. But every body and everything are linked with each other. All of us belong to the same ecosystem, same universal system. What I do, speak, behave, think, feel, remainin no mind state, etc.affect all others of this universe directly or indirectly. All of us are the parts of the same universe. A part should surrender to the whole. A part should accept the things happening in the whole universe. A part can never win if it fights with the whole. So a part has no other option rather than to surrender to the whole. Every form is a part of formless.
Surrendering to the whole creates a state of no mind.
Let us be aware of these things. Let us be more aware day by day. Let us fall into nomind state a day.
